We won’t tell you what to do. We’ll remind you who you are.

Good Company is your chance to build meaningful relationships with peers and mentors so you can be more successful at work and at home.

The mastermind is $4620 for the year. 2024 enrollment is open now.

Commit to 12 monthly meetings to see serious movement forward in your life. Here’s what past participants had to say, starting with photographer emily hart:

The Treasury has been an invaluable asset in the growth of my business! My Good Company group propelled me forward in ways I never thought possible. The feedback from other women business owners helped me implement tools for growth while showing me that I’m not alone in the ups and downs that come with owning a business. And having the opportunity to cheer other women on in their journey brought joy and gave me courage in knowing that I had a group that was rooting for me as well. I know without a doubt that The Treasury has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself!
— Emily Hart
Good Company & Good Company Forever have shaped the way I make business decisions. Over the past couple of years, I’ve leaned on my Good Company team in making all kinds of choices from reviewing my marketing to talking about pricing my services and even best practices for client recognition. There was no business conversation that was off-topic, and much like a good book club, it even allowed us to learn more about the dreams for life (in or out of work) each member had. The camaraderie that I gained with these women will last a lifetime!
— Marek Cornett

Learning opportunities are everywhere. But Good Company is a sprint toward your goals because it provides:

  • Actionable steps to overcome your challenges and see measurable growth personally & professionally

  • Long-lasting, deep relationships with other women to help you weather anything on the horizon

  • Complete confidentiality and comfort as each member signs a non-disclosure and commits to protect your privacy

It’s like a focus group combined with business therapy.

We have been consistently amazed at the magic that happens in these peer-led groups. Get the accountability you need to unlock solutions to the challenges you’re facing right now.

Meeting attendance is mandatory and the investment for this group is $4620/year.

 What People are Saying…

Jenni Duncan, owner/founder of Cafe Evoke and J. Duncan Co

What did you gain from participating in Good Company?

So much!! Every session, whether it was my own questions being asked or listening to what others were struggling with, I took something away that I could apply in my business. I also gained a clarity of my own business and what areas I need to focus on.

Would you say the group is worth the time/money investment?

Yes, Hannah did an amazing job of curating a group of like minded small business owners and every session was rich with applicable business information. Not to mention the amazing new friendships that were made. These are woman that support and encourage each other and a group I am very grateful to be a part of.

Emily Hart, owner/founder of Emily Hart Photography & Nina & B Workshops

What did you gain from participating in Good Company?

I gained so much perspective and insight. I learned there are things I had never even thought of relating to my business and I have a new perspective on what is possible and attainable. The insight into other industries/businesses has helped me change my mindset from limited to expansive. I realize I'd been held back by my thoughts about what is possible.

Would you say the group is worth the time/money investment?

Yes, and then some! It's been valuable in so many ways and I'm incredibly thankful I jumped in!

Lauren Palmer, co-owner of The Wild Mother & co-founder of The Conversation

What did you gain from participating in Good Company?

The friendships and network opportunities that Good Company facilitated are invaluable. I walked away from our regular sessions feeling encouraged, challenged, and supported by other business women who related and/or empathized to my business’s unique pain-points and celebrated its growth. If you’ve been looking for a safe place grow and connect with other business owners, I highly recommend Good Company.

Emily Smart, co-founder of Toast Design Studio

What did you gain from participating in Good Company?

Networking/building connections with individuals outside of my industry, with a range of expertise and experience was AMAZING. Sometimes I get in a rut of just meeting with other creatives, and this group gave me a fresh perspective on challenges I was approaching from a very narrow point of view.

Would you say the group is worth the time/money investment?

Yes — but I would say that being in a transitional period with our business, I probably would have been a little hesitant towards the financial commitment. Being able to attend as a Treasury member showed me the value of a group like this, and I think I’m a lot more likely to spend money on experiences like this in the future.

Carly Moratto, co-owner of OK Smartpay

What did you gain from participating in Good Company?

I gained a sense of community from the Good Company Group. A group of amazing women that have their own unique challenges as business owners, yet there was such commonality in our struggles that made me feel I wasn’t alone.

Would you say the group is worth the time/money investment?

This group is worth every bit of the time and financial investment. The knowledge and outside perspective I gleaned from these women was so helpful.
