The Conference Room
How many people does the conference room accommodate?
The space includes a large table for eight-10 people.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
You may bring your own food and drinks or have your meeting catered. We are happy to recommend great restaurants nearby.
Does the rental include parking?
Your rental includes 30 spaces in our private parking lot, located at the corner of Lee & Sheridan behind Joey's Pizza. Metered street parking is available, as well.
Can we Zoom or present?
We have a mounted television with an external camera that can display your device and make your Zoom calls feel both personal and professional.
The Living Room
How many people does the living room accommodate?
There is seating for six people.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
We don't regulate outside beverages and catering. You will sign a contract agreeing to be responsible for meeting local regulations and laws regarding food and alcohol.

The work hall:
How many people does the work hall accommodate?
We accommodate up to 75 seated and 100 standing, but the sweet spot for movement within the space is 50.
Do you include furniture?
We have five 4x6' tables, 20 event chairs, five rolling office chairs and five bar stools. You may use this furniture or move it out of the way and use your own. All furniture must be put in its original location at the end of your rental.
Can we decorate?
As long as everything is returned to its original condition after your rental, yes.

If you need speakers or a mic you will need to bring your own. We do offer a television with Apple TV if you want to stream audio or video from your device.
